We are proud to launch a first at Thelma Carol: Saké. For this very special tasting event we are tasting some exquisite Sakés that everyone, novice to connoisseur, will thoroughly enjoy. Saké is mistakenly thought of as a beverage served warm, reserved solely for interludes with sushi…we are ready to offer samples that will upturn this misconception. With notes that range from Sauvignon Blanc to off-dry Riesling and beyond, we will be exploring a core range of flavor profiles and the methods and terms used to identify different types of Saké with a guest expert.

No reservation necessary, but prompt-early arrival is encouraged for this event. $16/person.
