Welcome to the Thelma Carol Spirits Co-op, a collective designed to offer the finest and rarest spirits available, curated directly to your tastes. Members of the Co-op get to taste a spirits category every other month, vote on the best bottle for the Curio Case, and then enjoy the winning selection exclusively at the bar. As the collection in the Curio grows, so does your access to rare and high-end spirits of all categories. Your Curio Card comes loaded with 10 free 1oz pours of anything in the Curio Case. As long as the bottles are in stock, we will have them available indefinitely.*

Details: Exclusive free tasting on the last Wednesday of the month, every other month. We will taste 2-3 bottles of a specific spirits category (rum, mezcal, irish whiskey, etc.). After member votes are tallied the winning bottle will be added to the Curio Case to be enjoyed anytime you are at the bar! If quantities warrant, you will also be offered a discounted rate for sales of full bottles.

We will focus on the following categories:

Single & Blended Malt Whiskies (Scotch, Japanese, etc.)

Rum

Agave (Mezcal, Tequila, Raicilla, Bacanora)

Cognac & Armagnac

World Whiskies (Irish, Welsh, American, etc.)

Port & Other Fortified Wine

Curio Card: Punch card good for a comped dram of anything in the Co-op Curio. 10 punches per card; renew when you use up the card.

Cost: $120. The membership tastings are free, so you are really paying an upfront fee for the Curio Card.

*Some bottles will “cost” 2 punches if extremely limited or expensive. Limit one punch per member per visit. Due to the limited quantity of some items, availability of voted bottles in the Curio is not guaranteed to last for any length of time.
