4 Course Pop-up Dinner w/ Trivium

Trivium: Latin for the place where three roads meet...These three roads are meeting here at Thelma Carol Wine Merchants on Tuesday, August 1st; we are delighted to invite you to this inaugural Milwaukee-based Trivium Pop-up dinner.

Chef Q Ibraheem is a highly awarded chef, CNN Hero, and is well-traveled throughout the restaurant scenes in Detroit, Atlanta, and Chicago. She is the founder of the wildly successful Teertsemasesottehg - Chicago's Secret Location Underground Dining Experience.

Melissa Tantillo is the executive pastry chef at Nakorn in Evanston, IL, the owner of Siege Food Photo, and a 2023 Pink Lady Food Photographer Finalist.

Expect this four course menu to redefine the fine dining experience. Ultra-creative, innovative, surprising, and eclectic, each course will be accompanied by Sommelier-selected wines and spirits. Bottles of each offering will be available to purchase, along with a partial cash bar for before and after.

Ticket price includes gratuity. Seating is extremely limited. No substitutions for menu items.
